Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

Refunds are available for items that are:

◉ Defective or malfunctioning

◉ Incorrect or not as described

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on final sale items, personalized/customized products, or gift cards.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@deskcraft.store with the following:

◉ Your order number

◉ A brief description of the issue

Photos or videos clearly showing the problem (if applicable)

 

Once reviewed and approved, we will send return instructions. If the issue was caused by DeskCraft (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping for all other cases, including changes of mind.

 

Refund Processing

We will notify you of the refund status once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to avoid delays or lost packages.
